Hi from Leeds

Evening folks, a newbie from Leeds here. Purchased a Weber 57cm one touch a few months back after years of craptastic burnt bbq food using cheapo bbqs. The purchase combined with my obsession over MvF, Triple D and the like means I am now going to attempt to learn some skills for once and maybe even make a half decent brisket. Thats if its possible using just the Weber as I don't have the budget to buy the smokenator at the moment.

Hoping to learn a few tips and tricks from the forum, and hopefully I will be able to find a local supplier of decent fuel for the q. Apologies in advance for any stupid questions that I may post up in the next few weeks

Thanks for the welcome, stumbled upon some UDS plans so I think I may have to build myself one!
