Hey =new UDS build

inspired by you tube and knowing that, although i love to cook indoors and out, that there just had to be more to BBQ than grilling.
so ive built my UDS this last weekend and will be doing some test burns this week (if it stops raining)

im leicestershire based and llok forward to learning and helping where i can

Welcome, there are quite a few people here who have built their own UDS. Doubtless a new empire will be created in due course
