Just a quick intro- a Brit, living in bucks, lived in Canada for a year or so
And loved the 'barbecue on every deck ' approach out there
And of course bbq'ing in the snow and the classic ' my beers frozen before the foods done' routine.
When we came back we brought back our weber q300 bought out there and with a little surgery it works fine here as well
I also brought back some cedar planks but now they are running out
I need more soon ( can you believe the price - much more solid here and price perhaps reflects that !)
Back to the food! Quite a basic barbequer , burgers, salmon, going to abuse ourselves with a beer can chicken in a few weeks! - and I intend to broaden my repertoire and skills
