It will be booked in soon, just having building work done at the moment which has me a little side tracked, thinking about March,it will allow anyone looking to compete to practice prior to mayhem in May, I will also be launching a series of cooking classes which will run throughout the year and include butchery.

Can't wait :D

I've been looking forward to this event coming up. It'll be good to get some tips before the competitions start, and to meet other members as well.

The Mrs is also looking forward to the butchery classes as well.

Will you be doing any lessons on fatties, turtle burgers, moink balls or any other new bbq crazes which come up over the next year?

Glad to see this is still happening. Must admit work side tracked me was worried I'd missed it!
