OK, I'm not French. Possibly misleading thread subject.

I will introduce myself, however. I am Bob, I am not your Uncle. I've been grilling for about 10 years (I'm 30) and I'm about a year into the 'low and slow' scene. So, I'm very much a baby in the world of real BBQ.

Aside to my obvious interests of cooking and BBQ, I'm a huge New England Patriots fan in particular, but I do love the NFL as a whole. My wife and I are keen "twitchers", or "birders" which seems to be the more popular term these days. I play too many videogames. 360, PS3, Dreamcast, N64 among my favourites. Oh, and I love dogs. So if you want to hit me up on any of the above subjects too, I'm always up for a natter.

Welcome to the forum fella, so it looks like that you have seen the light in getting into low and slow. Since eating Q in Dallas 20 years ago, I was very glad to find this place 3 years ago and started on my long cooking experience for perfection. Not doing too bad at the moment but massive room for improvement, it looks like I'm in it for the long haul. Love NFL myself but suffering at the moment with Romo, the biggest flop in NFL history. Ask as many questions as you want, as their will be someone with an answer.

In short, hope that Amendola and Hernandez can stay healthy. I have my doubts, but we'll see. I think they'll move the ball and score points regardless, the priority for this offseason has always had to be the D, but replacing that kind of clutch production won't be easy.

I do feel a bit sorry for the Cowboys. I know I shouldn't. But it just seems a shame that their fans are so passionate, and Jerry Jones sinks billions of dollars in.....and their wagon is hitched to Romo. He's obviously better than a number of starting QB's in the league, but not worth the money he's paid or worthy of the job in a storied franchise.
