Yeah you are right and it was this advice that made me decide on the 47 over the 57. I guess it was only last weekend when I had a big cook that I realized the meat juggling required to cook 2 chickens, 4 racks of baby back ribs, 2 racks of spare ribs and 2 racks of beef ribs on one 47cm WSM. Ended up cooking the chickens on my back up kettle.
