Cheers matey just had a butchers and it nearly 300 miles away :o .

I looked in to these and I don't think I can tow them on my restricted licence either. I may have to just put it off until I can afford to get the B+E entitlement done then I can look at any trailer. But mark my words, as sure as all my clothes have shrunk since I started this smoking malarkey, I WILL BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME

What they want and what they'll get are two different things ;)

If the auction ends on say £150, then that's what they have to sell it at or face negative feedback and a potential ban from Ebay. The seller isn't a newbie so should know what they are doing.

Hi! - fantastic news to see a wedding with BBQ went down well, I'm planning the same for mine and have posted the details on the forum (currently awaiting moderation - as I guess this one will too).

We are possibly using a caterer that usually does hog roasts, but might see if he can do other things too.

Did you plate yours or was it all buffet style?

It was in a village hall that had a decent kitchen with a commercial oven and a big electric bain marie. Everything was cooked at home and reheated there.

The oven was put on to 120c and the ribs were whole and reheated for I think 40 mins, while they were cooking I put the pulled pork in big baking trays on the burners on top with some water and another big tray as a sort of lid to heat the pork through but not dry it out, when the ribs were done they went on the work surface and were coated in BBQ sauce and sliced into individual ribs by the missus and put in to the gasto tubs for bain marie, while she was doing that I put the pizza's in the oven, we cheated and used ASDA pizza bases and they worked out great.

When feeding time came I was stood behind the bain marie and made the pulled pork buns if they wanted then and the rest of the food had tongues in so they could help themselves.

It was fantastic and so much fun, well worth the effort put in and we still get messages from the bride and groom saying people are still talking about it
