Good to see there is a uk based BBQ forum and have already found some helpful info - particularly the tip of costco for meat. Had purchased some Ribs which I think are baby backs and was hoping to smoke them today but the rain and wind is just a little too much so theyve been relegated to the oven
Looking forward to sharing creations and hopefully giving some useful info back.
