Chaps, it is with all things moderation, a balance of the hearty yang of beef and the finesse ying of slaw, my name is somewhat ironic as I once topped out at a tad under 35 stone, which most doctors agree is a smidgeon on the heavy side.
So I undertook a zen like journey over the last 3 years of denial and hardship, equally balanced with meaty based excess.
As the new Q season approaches I intend to put the high protein and low carb approach at the heart of my challenge to lose the last 5 stones, I have shed 11 stones thus far.
So a mix of healthy living and good bbq can lead you to this balanced affair, so go well and eat some ribs
