Morning all

Just bought myself a ProQ Frontier. Been meaning to get one for years and finally did so thought I should come on here for some tips and advice.

Aiming to have a homebrew and BBQ filled summer.

I think all my top vents are probably stuck open now.
I tend to leave the top vent open and regulate with the bottom vents, only closing the top if I the fire is running away.
This is for all my cooking.

Cheers all.

Going to have a go on the new BBQ on Sunday. Probably going to try some ribs, but will see how successful I am with the lighting first.

I will keep the top vent wide open.

So, fellow E17er, if you smell some smoking pork on Sunday, you know I've been successful.
