I have a few, my favourites are:
Big bob gibsons bbq book.
Smoke and spice.
The barbecue bible.
Wicked good bbq is good and has lots of inventive recipes. But it's more of a competition book, the recipes have a lot of ingredients and steps. I've not cooked anything from it yet, but I have promised myself I will.
The books have some great recipes in, and also basic guides on getting into smoking if you're a rookie. But spend some time reading the right sites (tvwbb.com, amazingribs.com) and you can learn a huge amount about techniques, methods and recipes without buying any books.
Though I do enjoy the historical bbq information shared in the books.
