Had an impulse buy at b&q the other day and bought myself a weber 57cm one touch original. The price was to good to miss....£44! Even though it looked an oldish and battered box the item was perfect.
Been a member on here for a while but only just decided I'm going to stay around and have a go at Bbq.
Tried a quick grill yesterday and had a pork chop which was simply seasoned with salt and pepper which was lovely.
Purchased a couple of bags of restaurant charcoal from bar-be-quick in burnley and a weber chimney starter.
If the charcoal arrives for weekend I'm going to try some jerk chicken.
Cheers

Already replied to a thread about an excel smoker on here....
Where or what brands of charcoal would you recommend getting? I'm not sure of any local suppliers so would be handy to know what brands to keep an eye out for.
Cheers

I believe there is a decent butcher on Burnley Market
Failing that get down to Meat Mart at Astley and speak to the folk there in the shop, the butchers work next door
