Afternoon all

Postby clairebear76 » 17 Oct 2014, 14:12

Hi everyone from not so sunny Stoke on Trent. My husband was developing a keen interest in smoking and all things that were very American food based up until he unfortunately passed away a few months ago. I'd like to keep things going a little but obviously I'm probably not going to go to the same sort of effort - especially cooking for one!
I love most meats but especially chicken. Spatchcocked chicken and jacket potatoes was one of my favourites cooked on our WSM.
Hopefully get some inspration from you guys to keep me going :D
One quick note to the admin - I've listed my hubby's cold smoke generator for sale and have received a PM regarding it but as I'm new I can't reply. How long before I can use the messaging service?
Thanks in advance :)
