Happy Winter Solstice from Guelph, Ontario, Canada!

Hello!

I've stopped in to visit from my home BBQ forum, The BBQ Brethren. One of our members, Toast, has been checking out other forums and I thought I'd tag along. I smoked meat a few times in 2011 in an old kettle and a cheap offset smoker, when I got the kamado in 2012 I entered a whole new ball game. How fantastic! It's crazy how much good food one can cook in a flowerpot!
