Help needed: Setting up Pro Q Frontier for smoked turkey

Postby SmokerRH » 22 Dec 2014, 10:32

Hi all,

Can any Frontier users advise how they have their smoker set up when doing turkey?

I'm thinking it should be able to do done with removing one of the stackers which make the bbq set up as base for coals, 1 stacker and then the lid.

I'm finding when using the water pan with ceramic dish then there is not much room to have a drip pan for the gravy, then bbq rack, then the turkey.

I'm sure i'm missing a more efficient way of setting up the BBQ

I hope this makes sense

Thanks all
