I have played at BBQ-ing for years, well burned the crap out of sausages' and served shop brought rubbish burgers!
It all changed this year after buying a new Weber 57cm kettle grill.
Not done a vest amount as yet as still feel like I'm finding my feet a little.
I did pulled pork for my christmas eve party which went down a treat so will be doing the same for tomorrow new years eve party, which a few of my guest find odd that the bbq will be lit in the winter! also got some very odd responses when i sent out a message on Facebook looking for anywhere that sells charcoal mid December, a friend of a friend who is a manager at Tesco stepped up gave me 4 bags for FREE
Anyway I'm sure you will all get sick of me asking stupid question
