Hi,
Just stumbled upon this forum, looks very interesting, I can see I am going to learn a lot.
I've had a 3 burner Cadac for years and love it. Found my own way so far with the help of a Steven Raichlen book someone recommended to me and have had some success (as well as the odd disaster).
The Cadac is on its last legs and I'm ready for something new, either a smoker or a Weber master touch, maybe. Those mad oil drum things look interesting as well.

Basically I love BBQ and want to improve my skills and learn. Hopefully I have come to the right place.
Cheers,
John
