Hello. Just introducing myself. I have only just got myself a Pit Barrel Cooker. In between running a busy guest house, I hope to be doing as much smoking as I can. If anyone has any tips on how to use a PBC I'd love to hear from them.

You will have loads of fun with that as they are good kit. I have 2 UDS and they are amazing depends on funds but you may want to consider a BBQ GURU digiq it helps loads in maintaining temp on long slow cooks, get a maverick ET 733 if funds allow too
