Hi all

Hello everybody,

Bought myself a GMG DC Pellet Grill at Grillstock this year to go with my Webber SM and Webber Kettle which has revived my love for all things smokey :)

Had a few cooks on the DC and they have been pretty good. Not the results I ultimately want but they are a bit of a learning curve much like any other bbq or smoker so more practice required but it's all good fun.

Yeah the smoke flavour is a bit sparse
There is a mod that you can do to keep the smoke in longer it's extending the inner chimney closer to the grate
Otherwise get an AMNPs and stick that in :D

That is not real BBQ - anyone who buys one of those is a cheating, lazy whimp...

Opps - oh yes I bought one too and absolutely love it. :D
Pork shoulder is great in them but it also cooks fantastic cornbread and American biscuits too.

You can use a smoke tube for more smoke on a pellet burner

Beef shorties came out well on the pellet grill last night. Probably half an hour off perfect but wife got impatient lol
