i am as my friends and family call me a BBQ fanatic and any excuse to get the coals on is a good excuse , i all ways say that the 1st December is the start of the smoking season as you can not beat being out in the garden with the smoker on
I am in the middle of anew build where i am doing a T-bone smoker and bbq , two drums joined together in a T shape , will post pics soon as almost complete ,
