Could I use a food processor to cut up cooled pork/chicken?

put pork shoulder through the food processor, it worked fine, had to push pork quick through the blades to get a good cut. Cut shoulder into pieces and smoked them over a dripping tray. Juices were added with pork in one of those air tight boxes and placed in the fridge over night to allow pork to harden up.

Do I have to put any titles other than Dr. Sweetsmoke, eg- Baron, Sir, Duke, etc ?
